Construction of the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery is being made possible through the generosity and vision of two UW–Madison alumni, John and Tashia Morgridge, with matching gifts from the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) and the state of Wisconsin.
WARF is managing the building project in partnership with project management team leader George Austin, president of Madison’s Overture Foundation; project consultants John Nelson and Rose Barriolhet; UW–Madison’s office of Facilities Planning and Management; and several design, architectural and construction firms.
